RETAIN • RESTORE • REIMAGINE
HELP PRESERVE AN EXISTING COLLABORATIVE NON-PROFIT HUB OF HUMAN SERVICES ADDRESSING CRITICAL NEEDS IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN PHOENIXVILLE.
What is the REPROJECT?
The REPROJECT is a $3.5M initiative to secure the future of Ann's Heart by purchasing and revitalizing our existing home in downtown Phoenixville.
Warm REGARDS
Ann's Heart is on a mission to provide a place of welcome and human services for all Phoenixville area people.
Since our start more than eight years ago, we have been following our vision to repurpose existing spaces on the Sacred Heart Campus in downtown Phoenixville, giving them back to the community. We strive to serve the community by identifying unmet needs and filling gaps in existing services without duplication.
Today we proudly offer several welcome spaces that house important non-profit programs, often in collaboration with others, focused on addressing needs such as housing or food insecurity, physical and mental health, sustainability, equitable educational access, and youth development. We have built a hub for non-profit services that operate within and directly serve our community.
We are a Phoenixville based 501(c)(3) non-profit on a mission to provide a place of welcome and human services to all Phoenixville area people.
Our work has been the direct result of the incredible support of hundreds of volunteers and donors who choose to make an impact in their own community - ensuring that the most vulnerable are supported.
Thanks to the generosity of St. Ann Parish - which shared our vision and graciously provided the space we call home - we have been provided the incredible opportunity to purchase our site.
With your help we will be able to continue working to fulfill our mission and ensure the legacy of this non-profit collaboration in the heart of downtown Phoenixville.
Warm regards,
Kristen McGee
